Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you require a different size in an item you have purchased, you may return the item or items to us within 14 days from the date that you received your order. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, if preferred. Any returned item must be in its original as new condition*, including tags and all original packaging. Some products will be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. All items excluded from our Returns Policy will be clearly marked so in the product description on the website.

*Note: When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, body spray or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please handle all items with care and do not apply any unnecessary force to garment fastenings or other items (e.g. jewellery) that may result in damage. Items at risk of scratching should be stored in a non-abrasive box or pouch. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Exchanges

Please let us know that you would like to exchange an item so that we can check that your exchange item is in stock by e-mailing our Customer Services Team at care@justblue.com. We will then reserve the item for you until we receive the original item back. Reserved items will be held for the 14 day exchange period. You will not be charged for delivery on exchange items. However, unlessyou use our Free UK Returns arrangements, the cost of returning the original item is your responsibility. Exchanges will be dispatched the same day that we receive the original item back from you and you will be emailed to inform you of dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Unless you use our Free UK Returns arrangements, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Free UK Returns by Royal Mail

We offer a free Royal Mail tracked returns service on all orders sent to a UK address. You may return the item or items to us within 14 days from the date that you received your order.

To request your free returns label simply email care@justblue.com quoting the word RETURNS followed by your order number in the subject line (e.g. RETURNS JB1234). Please also state the reason for the return i.e. Too Big, Too small, Exchange Required etc. 

Our Customer Care team will arrange for your Royal Mail returns label to be emailed to you. Please ensure to check your junk/spam folder for the return label as we do find our email with the attachment can often end up there.

Please write your Order Number on the completed Returns Form (on the reverse of the Delivery Note) and include this along with the item(s) being returned in your parcel. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Items being returned should be packaged securely, and marked on either the returns label or the reverse of the package with the Sender's address. Affix the pre-paid postage returns label securely to your parcel, ensuring the original bar code and address details are covered fully, and send your return via Royal Mail.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting receipt and keep it for your reference until you have received your refund or our confirmation of receipt. The Post Office will supply a tracking reference number on the receipt to provide confirmation that the item(s) has been returned. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned order. As long as the returns label provided via the Royal Mail website is used, then this return within the mainland United Kingdom is provided to you free of charge.

You can follow the parcel's progress by visiting the Royal Mail website http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace and entering the 13 digit tracking number.

Returns using other UK couriers

If you choose not to use our Free UK Returns arrangements, the cost of returning the original item(s) is your responsibility.Please write your Order Number on the completed Returns Form (on the reverse of the Delivery Note) and include this along with the item(s) being returned in your parcel. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Items being returned should be packaged securely, and marked on either the returns label or the reverse of the package with the Sender's address.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. We also recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting when returning your item(s) back to us, as this will assist in the event of loss or damage.

Some couriers will not deliver to the above address, when asignature of receipt is required. We can advise you by email of an alternate mailing address if this is not acceptable to your courier.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for our international customers. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, the items will need to be sent at your own cost and risk within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Items being returned should be packaged securely, and marked on either the returns label or the reverse of the package with the Sender's address.

Faulty / incorrect items

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. Despite this, we recognise that sometimes small faults are missed or wrong items / sizes selected. We apologise if you have received an item which is faulty or not what you originally ordered. You will not be charged for re-delivery of a faulty or incorrect item and you will be reimbursed the full cost of returning the item back to us.

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty*, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at care@justblue.com within 7 days from the date of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and reason for return, and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. Please ensure to explain the nature of the fault, so that we can assess what action is required. We will then advise you (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays) on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

*Note: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items as faulty if they have had their garment tags removed or appear to have been worn, so to avoid any disappointment we recommend that you fully inspect goods before removing tags or wearing them.

Incorrect item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at care@justblue.com within 7 days from the date of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and reason for return, and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. We will then advise you (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays) on how to proceed with the return.
